The Women’s Empowerment Retreat is a 7-night, 8-day immersive experience on the Isle of Skye, Scotland. This retreat is designed for women in transition who are ready to reconnect with themselves, restore their energy, and step confidently into the next chapter of their lives.

This intimate experience blends empowerment workshops, gentle movement, meaningful connection, and unforgettable Scottish adventures — all within a supportive, nurturing environment.

Only 8 women will attend to preserve the depth, safety, and quality of the experience.

Retreat Experience

Each day begins with gentle, energising movement set against the dramatic landscape of the Isle of Skye. Throughout the retreat, empowerment workshops are integrated with guided outdoor experiences, reflective practices, and intentional rest.

Evenings are designed for restoration, including yoga, sauna, and hot tub experiences at the retreat house. Time is intentionally left open to allow space for integration, exploration, and rest.
